Whether you are trying to reduce pain, lose weight, prevent disease or feel more energetic to accomplish your daily tasks, a health coach will offer simple, easy solutions that are based on proven science. I see myself as a supportive partner who can help women to cultivate positive health and life choices. I support them in intuitively knowing what makes them feel really good so that they can make more intentional choices in all areas of their lives.
